
WHC_Labs Glucoamylase
Highly concentrated glucoamylase for degradation of soluble starch. For the production of brut IPA's or Saisons. Glucoamylase breaks up Dextrins so the beer will ferment out fully. Keep refrigerated.

Recommended Dosage:
For use in mash tun 0.5 –1ml per 10kg. Or for use in fermenter add 0.2 – 0.4ml per 10L
