Description

Enzybrew10 is a eco certifications tri-enzyme blend for daily cleaning in the brewhouse. A non-caustic formulation without Phosphorus makes it safe for reed beds, septic tanks and soft metal vessels. It can be dumped directly down the drain as it breaks down tow ater fairly quickly.  This is a much safer cleaning solution compared to caustic due to its working temperature is °C as it enzymatically cleans rather than heat. The enzymatic cleaner breaks down biofilms which caustic is not great at.

Excellent for breaking down biofilms which can cause infections in breweries.

0.5 to 1% if light fouling; 1 to 2% if severe fouling.
