Description

This package combines two of our most popular ABV testing kits. Alcohol by volume is measured using our Anton Parr Alcolyzer allowing us to provide the most accurate ABV alcohol (%) for Beer, Cider, Whiskey, Whiskey wash, Spirits with no sugar, and Kombucha. Additionally, Our best in class Step One Plus QPCR system allows for the detection of the STA 1 gene (Diastaticus) ensuring packaged beers don’t suffer from over attenuation. Additionally, bacteria screening helps to identify both anaerobic and aerobic growth helping to identify spoilage before packaging.
